The Bay and Reef Co. is owned by Captains Elizabeth Jolin and Xavier Figueredo. Both captains have been providing private family fishing, snorkeling, and environmental charters in the Florida waters for the past nine years. They developed She's at Sea as an organized response to the many women who have expressed their desire to boat independently. Jolin and Figueredo have worked to create a program atmosphere that is fun, safe, and non-threatening in order that each woman may meet her personal boating goals. |
